Maybe it’s just me, but I found the study materials useful enough, though they felt kind of basic overall. They helped with the essentials, but I was hoping for a bit more depth.

It was fine overall , but I didn’t realize it would take this much time to get through everything . It’s not bad , it just needed more attention than I had planned for . I do wish they made the time commitment a little clearer before you start

I reached out to asreb.com support a few times because I was having an issue with my account, the response was barely there.

The first reply took several days, and after I sent the extra details they asked for, it just went silent. I ended up sending another message basically asking if anyone was still looking into it, which is not something a customer should have to do.
At this point, it feels like the issue needs to be escalated because regular support clearly isn’t handling it. I can understand waiting a little, but being ignored makes it seem like they don’t really care once you’ve already signed up

I really wanted to make this work, but the class times just did not fit my schedule at all. There wasn’t much flexibility, and trying to switch times was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I kept thinking, how is this okay if people have normal jobs, school, or other stuff going on? In the end, it just felt like I wasn’t getting much value out of it.

I signed up for the live class expecting it to be helpful, but it felt like more effort than it was worth. The session dragged in parts and didn’t seem very organized, so I had to keep trying to follow along on my own. A few questions got skipped and the teacher just moved on, which was frustrating. The audio also cut out a couple times, so I had to work even harder just to understand what was going on. For the price, I expected better support and a smoother experience. I wouldn’t take it again.

The course info on asreb.com was pretty much there, so I did find what I needed eventually. But getting around the pages felt a little clunky... like I had to backtrack a few times just to land on the right course details.

This thing is way too expensive for what you actually get. I expected more for the price, but it just feels like overpriced junk. Definitely not worth the money.

If a company is going to offer exam support, I think it’s only fair that they provide timely help and relevant materials. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

I’m sure it might be fine if you just need basic tips or a quick resume check, but in my case the advice felt generic and not that tailored to what I was trying to do. Replies also took longer than I expected, so it didn’t feel very useful when I actually needed guidance.
